CHICAGO, USA, October 2026 – ZAMST participated in the 2026 Chicago Marathon Expo, one of the world's largest running events, connecting directly with runners from around the globe to raise awareness of sports bracing solutions and promote a better understanding of running-related knee issues and their management.

The Chicago Marathon attracts participants from more than 150 countries and is recognized as one of the most prestigious races in the Abbott World Marathon Majors series. As part of the event, the Chicago Marathon Expo provides runners with access to leading brands, products, and services that support their race experience.

Survey Highlights Growing Need for Knee Support Awareness

To better understand runners' experiences and needs, ZAMST conducted an on-site survey, collecting responses from 828 participants. The findings revealed several notable trends among the running community.

When asked how they manage knee discomfort, many runners reported relying on self-directed methods such as rest, stretching, massage etc. The results suggest an opportunity to further educate athletes on the range of support options available to address running-related knee issues.
